Lotus Bakeries is a family business that delivers authentic specialities in the cookie and pastries worlds: speculoos, gingerbread, waffles, cake specialities, ect. due to their international growth was information becoming scattered over multiple applications, databases and user environments. While communication and knowledge sharing are from absolute priority for Lotus Bakeries’ IT policy.
While they were looking for a new solution, where two questions which stood out: “ How gets the users the information that it is looking for?” and “How can we, within the company, improve collaboration?” in consultation with Spikes chose Lotus Bakeries resolute for Microsoft-technology to build a ‘next-generation’ intranet.
