    Copilot is most effective when Office 365 apps are fully utilized. Increase awareness of modern, efficient ways of collaboration and be inspired by how Copilot can serve as an accelerator for smarter teamwork through everyday use cases.

  • Maturity, Vision, and Employee Engagement
    We map the usage of existing platforms (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) across the different departments and create a long-term vision for collaboration, productivity, and engagement.

  • Business Fit & Business Value
    We map business personas to relevant Office 365 tools and identify multimodal interactions per persona on relevant processes. We chart use cases where Copilot generates significant business value and set priorities.

Before we can start using Copilot, it must be validated whether your organization is ready from a technical standpoint, in terms of content lifecycle management, and security or compliance. Together, we identify the necessary actions to address any shortcomings.

  • Technical Readiness
    Together with your IT departments, we conduct a readiness assessment in the areas of Office 365, Licenses, Accounts, Software, Network/Firewall, Access Control, and Update Management.

  • Data Governance
    The higher the quality of your data, the more accurately Copilot will function. We conduct an assessment in the areas of Content Management (Information Architecture, Naming Conventions, Versioning, etc.) and content lifecycle management practices (archiving, provisioning, etc.). We define a content scope for the semantic index and ensure that sensitive content is excluded.

  • Security & Compliance
    With the Security and Compliance assessment, we map out how (potentially sensitive) information is shared both internally and externally. We focus on the principles of ‘just enough access’ to ensure that the right information is searchable. We take necessary actions to avoid potential security risks.

Drive Value

The goal of adopting Copilot is to ensure that employees are engaged and experience the benefits of Copilot in their daily use. To achieve and monitor this, we employ a continuous improvement approach to maximize the value generated. We also establish a process to keep everything up-to-date in line with the Microsoft roadmap.

    We increase the adoption of the underlying applications and teach end users how to use Copilot with best practices, and how to handle the potential risks of AI. We implement a Copilot Center of Excellence and establish a user community to maximize adoption and gather feedback.

This allows us to measure the real impact and relevance of Copilot on the applied use cases so they can be optimally rolled out more broadly in your organization. We also offer ‘art of the prompt’ courses to increase effectiveness.
