An amazing place to work
At Spikes, everyone is equal! The door of Marc’s office (our CEO)and Business Unit Directors are always open. Have you thought of a new idea or did you come up with an interesting solution? Then step in and maybe your idea will be rolled out into a complete project, or even a branch whitin the organization. Just like what Pieter Vermeersch did with Kwiekzilver and what Peter Plessers did with Tasks in a Box.
Spikes is concerned with the health of its employees, so fresh soup and fresh fruit is provided on a daily basis. Besides that we also participate in various running events. But there is also attention for mental health. That’s why our employees can enjoy a lot of flexibility and always have the possibility to work at home/remotely.
The location of Spikes is TOP! And you can take this quite literally, since we are located on the 6th floor and have a beautiful view over the entire city of Antwerp. We have private parking at our building, so you never have to search for a spot on the busy streets. Our office in Hasselt is also situated in a beautiful location next to the canal, in a green environment.
